World Energy Co., LTD’s Industrial ‘Absorption Heat Pumps’ Advanced to the Lithuanian Market
World Energy Co., LTD(CEO Ryu Jin-sang) successfully exported three industrial ‘Absorption Heat Pumps’ to Lithuania, with the prospect of further exportation.
Absorption Heat Pumps are facilities that reduce energy consumption while generating the same amount of heat by retrieving heat from a low-temperature heat source that gets thrown away and returning it to the system.
Total waste heat retrieved from the exported three facilities amounts to 5.1MW. World Energy supplied a 1,200kW one to Klaipeda in December 2020, a 2,400kW one to Kaunas in February 2021, and a 1,500kW one in March 2021.
Starting from this exportation, World Energy is expected to win contracts continuously because the government of Lithuania is enthusiastically promoting the modernization of district heating facilities and improvement of energy efficiency.
